Very adequate for short stays. Accommodating, attentive and polite staff. Clean. It does not operate its own restaurant, but they will facilitate ordering from restaurants in the compound. Booked two rooms via Expedia and for some reason, one room did not come with breakfast. We were a bit surprised with the food cost, which was double what one would pay if you would just go to the restaurant outside.

The parking lot smells like the people going to casino make it a cr as it smells pee when we tried to walk there after dinner.

Room is new and modern and clean

Travelled with 4 kids and it’s a perfect find for a comfortable stay because of their room size (just right for us) and it is not crowded. Mountain view is amazing. Customer service is also great.

Water is too weak to take a shower, very small water pressure.. No foot mattress in the bath room

The hotel had an issue with the booking initially. We booked an overnight, 3 deluxe room for my parent's anniversary but they reserved 2 superior and 1 deluxe. There were no available deluxe room on that day, fortunately for us, the management upgraded our room to a 1 grand deluxe and a suite room. The rooms were super nice and the service was beyond. the bed and pillows were so comfortable, I practically overslept. Will book again when in Pampanga

Great service, quick checkin and checkout. Housekeeping attended to my room quickly when I asked. Only downside was... 1 of the 2 elevators was out-of-service so there were delays for the guests.

I stayed there one night and did some business in the area. That first night I had such a good night's sleep, I decided to book another night!! It was better to get a good night's sleep before driving home the following day. Good way to relax in Clark and be a a few steps away from Starbucks, Burger King, and Jollibee.... without all the noise of casinos and bars.
