"The shower doors didn't shut and a major leak from the frame to the wall the toilet had a stained bowl ask for a chicken meal with saulted potatoes and it came with chips tried 2 beers and both was off breakfast was not what I expected asked for a juice and got cordial and water won't be staying again"

"The room was very clean, the toiletries nice, the bedding and towels good quality and clean. The bar staff were very friendly and polite. However, I was not given the room I had booked. I was told it had been booked, but don't think there was anyone else staying there that night. The TV is on a low bench, so you can't really see it from the bed, the fridge is on the floor (fine if you're ok on your hands and knees) and the plug in the shower was partially blocked (so you got a foot bath). The room I was given also had the kitchen extractor right outside the window. It quietened down after about 10pm... (but was still sufficiently noisy for me to need the window closed). For information, breakfast is included and very nice, but.... only served from 9am onwards, so not ideal if you are working locally and need to crack on...."

"You have to call the phone nbr on the door for the owner to pop along and give you keys and show you room. Just a few minutes. Basic room but all good. Comfy bed. water in room. Biscuits! Hot water takes a minute to come through. Pub across the road is fine for food. We have stayed here a few times at racing at Snetterton."
