"Lovely bright and airy 2 bed apartment with balcony. Great location opposite the park with a few minute walk into Gloucester centre and quays. Very clean with good amenities apart from lacking a dishwasher .. which on this occasion was not a problem for us as we only stayed 2 nights and eat out. Easy parking in property’s own car park. Did ask about parking for an extra car but wasn’t too happy about the location or tidiness of this as looked run down with rubbish and nails etc on the ground...

"While the room was comfortable, it was very warm and the air conditioning was not very effective and we could not really open the windows. Breakfast was good but some members of staff might have smiled more. We liked the bar but sometimes it was difficult to get served without going to reception to ask to be served. The more negative comments are very specific and, overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Queen’s Hotel."
