"Large rooms, comfortable beds and selection of pillows. Free parking. Older hotel, but charming and large and clean. On-site restaurant is good, as is bar."
"Excellent stay as usual, stayed here 15 times at least now and is constantly reliable. Clean, tidy, friendly place to stay with a lovely bit of design in the mix. "
"We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights to explore Gloucester and surrounding area. The hotel was in the perfect location on outskirts. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and good size. The hotels amenities were good too including areas to relax and enjoy a drink in the evening."
"Room was clean and just what we needed.
Staff were helpful, however when attending for breakfast I was told ‘it’s closing’ rather than just offered a seat, when breakfast was due to be open for another hour.
We then also had a small bite in the lounge area the next day, and the food took nearly 40mins.
We used the spa facilities, and these are always great.
The room was comfy and just as we would expect.
It’s the second time we have stayed, and would go back again.

"Staff were all great, only comment is sticky tables in the dinning room, just a small criticism but it make all the difference, just try and move the breakfast plates or Jam holder when left over night first thing in the morning and it’s stuck. Its constructive help going forward 👍"
