"My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for his birthday weekend. We chose the hotel because I’ve stayed there before and I loved it and the location is so convenient, BUT this time around, it was even better. The staff was nothing less than amazing. Every single encounter we had was incredible. They were all so sweet and helpful. And they helped me surprise my boyfriend for his birthday which I am eternally grateful for. "Fantastic stay. The only thing I have to say is the noise of the air conditioning that would come on and Off every few minutes that woke me up in the middle of the night was a bit bothersome. The staff were attentive and super helpful and in general I would say it was a positive experience. The room service was top notch, shower water pressure was excellent "

"Room is a dream. I asked ahead of time for my "queen great view" to face downtown. Lobby people were friendly helping me get checked in early and got me a room with a clear view of the one world trade center. Location was #1 for me. Area is super convenient being between downtown and midtown. All of the surrounding neighborhoods have a distinct personality. You can walk for 30 minutes in any direction and anywhere you land will be lively. F train is around the corner from the hotel. It made going uptown to popular attractions like central park and museum of natural history a breeze for a first timer. Staff very friendly as well. Their uniforms are fresh"

"Room was a bit hot but I think because we were on the 53rd floor that’s to be expected. Other than that hotel was great."
