"I don't think hotels.com distinguishes between rooms with or without a balcony. I reserved a Standard Room and fortunately, I was assigned one of these rooms. "Stayed one night at the hostel. This isn’t a hotel, so if you are searching for quiet and sleek accommodations then stay elsewhere. Teens and college students mostly stay there and run about the property - even at 11pm. The rooms were clean but not fancy at all. It’s ok for one night. The area doesn’t have semi- luxurious accommodations.... I think the price is high for a youth hostel. If there were fancier rooms then I didn’t see them. The place does have a pool and the view of Jordan is nice...

"1) they are NOT of any HI international standard. The Staff had check in, spoke no English and over charged us! There is no shared kitchen or even a microwave to warm up a meal. We are paying to sleep, and if you cannot sleep, then what is the point of paying being at a place???There were a rowdy bunch of 100 + boys! The staff, had no curfew to shut them up. there were so noisy and everyone screamed and shouted to each other and ran ruckus in the corridors of the buildings - from 7pm till 3pm.....

"Very nice hotel...but b/c it was off-season, breakfast was delivered and served to your room...which you would of thought was nicer. In truth, the breakfast in the dining room is much grander and lavish with more variety. Even though the breakfast delivered to our room was a generous portion of assortments, some of the items were not fresh. Also - the parking situation is unacceptable. For such a high class hotel with premium rates, parking at the hotel should be complimentary. Instead, there is paid parking close to the hotel or free parking further away from the hotel...disappointing! Aside from the food and parking situation, the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very polite and helpful."
