Could have been excellent throughout our stay but for the service in the great new bar. First time I’ve ever walked away from a bar because after I put in my order we were simply ignored. Disappointing given everything else was excellent!

It’s all fabulous. Had a lovely start thanks. My only comments would be: The hair drier has a curled cord and it is hard to make is stretch from the plug so you can sit at the dressing table comfortably. Would prefer down pillows.
