"The rooms are nice, with very high ceilings, making them bright and open. The breakfast was very good, but the unyielding shut-off of breakfast time was off-putting at best and quite wasteful with full trays of buffet food made inaccessible immediately as the breakfast timeframe closed. The spirit Shirley is not reasonably staffed or scheduled to be reliable and helpful. The wait and communication on the arrival was very frustrating and the shuttle was full for the departure, so not usable. If a very large hotel is offering airport Shirley service, it needs to accommodate its guests with more efficiency."

"I would like to give a shout out to Ashton, the bartender. She was AMAZING!! She was prompt while taking care of many customers all at once. She was super friendly and went out of her way to make sure everyone was taken care of and having fun at the bar. She worked all 3 nights of our stay in addition to morning hours in the restaurant and maintained a pleasant, welcoming approach at all times. She is a great example of service excellence!!"
