"The hotel needs to be updated badly. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, crappy furnished shampoo and conditioner. There was no breakfast, whereas at the Sonesta in Nashville had breakfast and was beautiful! Another guest went and bought bed linens because hers were so bad. This was the class and cleanliness that I expect for a $70 room, not almost $200!!! We won't be staying there again."

"found a large roach in the shower when i turned the lights on .. huge fellow and disgusting ,had to catch it before my wife would see it. i was lucky i got to the bathroom first. she hates them , terrified of them .the night manager was great , helpful"

"Bunch of kids staying, hung out in breakfast area too long, wasn't much left and toaster didn't work."

"Was not a clean establishment at all. Cockroaches were seen. Bath Tub bottom was pitch black from standing water over the years. Hot water and clean sheets though! Breakfast included ONLY consisted of a waffle machine and coffee. You get what you pay for :/"

"The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel has a nice courtyard pool area. On a 3-night stay, our room wasn’t cleaned once (and we were never told there wouldn’t be). There are no safes in the rooms. Also, parking became a huge issue at night because several large trucks/trailers took up dozens of spots. The location is very convenient. I definitely would’ve given a better rating if the few issues above hadn’t arisen."
