"One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. To start off, the front desk staff was super friendly. Very kind and helpful. The check in was really easy. Parking was crammed but there was always a spot open. The room felt very clean. A few dings and scratches but I felt very safe, comfortable, and cozy. I was excited to come back home to this hotel after a long day out and about. That should tell you something. Very good spot. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family."

"When we checked in, the shower rod in our bathroom was already broken. A maintenance worker came and fixed it, but later that night it broke again and crashed down with a very loud noise. The next morning, when I tried to take a shower, there was no hot water at all. I contacted the front desk, and they informed me that maintenance would not be available until 9:30 AM. They also said there were no spare rooms available where we could shower and get ready. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially considering basic room functionality and guest comfort should be ensured."
