Hotels near Los Pinos Cultural Complex

"The good: The place is in a great location. The rooms look nice and they are super clean. The rooftop Is nice. The person that I reached out on what's app was pleasant to talk to. The bed was very comfortable! The not so good. Parking is free as it's mentioned in the listing but the parking lot is not on the property. It's in a paid parking lot at the end of the street and the parking lot is chaos. The security lady working at the door is rude and gets annoyed when you ask normal questions such as instructions to parking and giving basic information such as room number. (Told me I should know it in advance when I just got to the property) She has no customer service skills at all. The guy security is a bit nicer although I didn't have much interactions with him but he sounded polite in general. The only issue is that he was watching videos on his phone with the volume up making the entrance/lobby a very distracting place. Again they need to train their staff for basic customer service. There is zero soundproof. I could hear the music and the conversations of the people 3 rooms away from me. The hot water is good but the water pressure is low. "

"It’s run down. Not the star rating it’s advertised as. Feels dingy, carpets are super old. Very over priced. Exposed wires under the bathroom sink. They gave us complimentary drinks which they then tried to deny. I had to get the bar manager over to finally get it fixed. I also left my jacket behind accidentally and trying to get it back has been like trying to move heaven and earth. Unresponsive staff. "
