"We had a gorgeous stay at the Marquis Reforma over Day of the Dead - we arrived at 5am and given that check-out wasn't until 3pm, decided to pay an extra night. We were in the sky suites and spacious room, very comfy bed good air con and nice shower. The staff also left us some pan de muertos and some souvenier skulls for the Day of the Dead which was a lovely touch. It's located so conveniently for the parade but due to a miscommunication/understanding we actually missed this as thought it was on the Sunday and not the Saturday. The hotel decorations for this celebration are fantastic though and very popular. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't included in our rate but we paid for it one day - it was a bit of a queue and tightly squeezed but nice range and quality. Would highly recommend - and easy to explore the gorgeous Bosque de Chapultepec and Roma Norte/Condessa neighbourhoods."

"this is an excellent hotel for those wanting all the cleanliness and amenities of a 5 star hotel. for those wanting more Mexican flavor, another choice might be considered. the staff is top notch, friendly and willing to help. the 24 hour French restaurant served great food. the independently run spa was much enjoyed."

"Fue muy agradable la estadía aún con el ruido y el tránsito de la calle. El personal de recepción como housekeeping son muy amables, profesionales y serviciales. La propiedad esta muy limpia al igual que la habitación que cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estadía, sobretodo para quien trabaja remoto.La conveniencia de las opciones de restaurantes cerca y a los cuales uno puede llegar caminado, varios supermercados y panaderías y también que es un área arbolada y bonita. Primera vez en esta propiedad y sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. "
