"This older but refurbished hotel was perfect for the price point. We were lucky about receiving a corner room with two big windows that made the room feel so open during the day. I was worried about noise (being on the corner of two streets) but it was so quiet. The only thing I heard all night was a sea gull flying overhead squaking once. The bed was also comfortable for both me and my husband which is rare (I like firm and he likes softer). Somehow it worked for us both. Anyway, we will try to return in the future."
"Great location and well kept property. Breakfast could use an upgrade. Only egg option is hard boiled and the presentation was poor. Eggs all has holes poked in them looking like they were about to hatch. No bacon or sausage options. Both mornings the juice containers were empty as well as coffee on day one. I witnessed another customer ask for more waffle batter and was told that it would take 30 minutes to make so she was not going to put more out. This was near the end of breakfast hours but she should have been aware of it running out and made it sooner. "
"Our suite was very nice and spacious with a private patio overlooking Morro Bay. Very comfortable bed and beautiful amenities such as a dual vanity, tiled shower and separate bathtub.
The staff was attentive. The property is a close walk to downtown and restaurants.
We will definitely return "
"This was our 2nd stay at the Sea Pines and it was just as amazing as our first. With both stays we were impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of ALL of the staff from the front desk to everyone in the restaurant as well as the golf pro shop. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well furnished and the lighting is great in the rooms. We also really liked that we made reservations for the hot tub so that it wasn’t over crowded (it was just us) and we didn’t have to engage in awkward conversation with strangers :) We will most definitely stay at the Sea Pines again, and the food was delicious at the restaurant.
