"We had 2 single beds in the bedroom which was like sleeping in hard boards we then slept on the sofa bed every night which was a chore making every day and again very uncomfortable We were meant to have maid service on the 3rd day but nobody came"

"ZERO STARS -OUR KEY ADVICE IS TO AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE AWFUL DIRTY ROOM AND NO HOT WATER TO WASH OR SHOWER FROM ARRIVAL UNTIL WE LEFT AT 10AM THE NEXT DAY. WE COULDNT LEAVE QUICKLY ENOUGH. AVOID IT OR CANCEL YOUR BOOKING ASAP DO NOT EXPECT CLEAN SHEETS OR HOT WATER OR ANY REASONABLE RESPONSE FROM THE OWNERS OR THISE REPLYING TO MESSAGES . THEY EVEN VISITED OUR ROOM AND DENIED THE STAINS/BLOOD OR WORSE ON THE CLEARLY VISIBLE AND UNIRONED SHEETS . NO MATTRESS PROTECTOR AND OLD UNCOMFORTABLE MATRESSES. THEY WOULDNT EVEN GIVE US FRESH SHEETS TO MAKE THE BED OURSELVES AND SAID IT WAS ALL LOCKED UP AND NOT POSSIBLE . STAINED WATER DAMAGED CEILING , DAMAGED FURNITURE AND PICTURES AND LOVELY NOTICE ON THE DOOR MESSAGES IGNORED , TOTAL DENIAL, NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND NO OFFER OF GOODWILL STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE , THAT DOESNT SMELL OF SMOKE , WHERE YOU CAN GET HOT WATER, LIKE WE DID FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS IN A CLEAN PLACE "

"The staff is talking soooo loudly in the hallways by 9 am. Banging things, dragging furniture, slamming doors. Good luck if you think you're sleeping past that if you need to."

"Quick check-in. Staff at reception could be friendlier. A very clean room, kept clean most days, with towels replaced. Nice pool area, enough sun loungers. Good bar for drinks and a nice outdoor seating area. Enjoyed the food from the Corner Bar near the pool."

"Place at the back of the hotel beside the road and construction site with heavy drilling and removal ongoing from around 8am to 5pm. Didnt enjoy the room at all as it was noisy and door where vibrating. Room is lovely, toilets too top notch. Beds okay, not sure what the blanket was from. Swimming pool wasnt heated but was not too cold. Deck chairs again top notch. Dont know where the blankets are? Deposit on enter for a minibar great idea. Lead to a longer check out process so leave a little earlier than 11 to avoid. Storage area and use of the pool on check out was great. Bigest disappointments, plural was no gym, it had a sign saying it was closed ask at reception. Sauna was 5euro a session. TV wasnt very smart but it was 50inch just couldnt cast to it and it have no apps just and android os. Why a bad rating, well mainly there were very few people there and they could have put everyone on the 6th block closer to the pool to avoid the noise."
