Staff was rude and the rooms were big but not clean. We had to have them vome and mop the floor because our feet were black on the bottom when walking around the inside. At one point they locked us out of our room bc there was a misunderstanding about a room charge. Worked it out but it was poor customer service. There was a large pile of per and poop right on the pool edge from a giant iguana that roams around.

La habitación y áreas comunes estaban limpias, lo único fue que el restaurante y bar estaban cerrados y teníamos que pedir comida a domicilio, lo padre es que está cerca de tiendas comerciales y en una ocasión salimos a comprar para cocinar en la habitación, así que todo muy bien, sin duda regresaremos 🙂
