The upgrade to the Penthouse suite for my mother and father-in-law who also stayed with us was an amazing and thoughtful touch - completely unprompted - and is exceptional. "Bellevue online checklin process was convenient and sped up the check-in process. Staff were very accommodating, courteous throughout and displayed eagerness to help. Suggestion: The facility is quite large and easy to get lost. When asked for directions, don’t point or narrate - get up and show specially for PWD’s and Seniors! "
