The staff were super friendly and helpful! Our room was clean. I wish we would have had a better shower as the only two temps you could get were freezing ice plunge cold or boil your skin off hot. Other than that I would recommend staying here! Breakfast and coffee were also very good!

The property is not maintained The room next to mine had the fire sprinkler line blew off and flooded everything The fire alarm went off you would expect staff or somebody to come and check on people I had to help and elderly lady in a wheelchair down myself nobody even came checked place is not worth the The money you pay

Original room supposed to be in King size bed. The reason why I booked a hotel is to get in jacuzzi cuz I work a very physical strenuous job. Due to uncircumstances someone flooding the king size room. They gave me a room with queen size beds but with shower so I couldn't soak and be able to take care of my body. I usually go to these hotels to have access to the jacuzzi. I want to go look at the jacuzzi look like nothing was wrong just look dirty. 😞 I wish Expedia can explain the up-to-date amenities that's not available on the website.

Staff was courteous, professional and helpful. The first room I checked into was too close to the freeway so I was graciously given another room further down the hall. This Hampton Inn is older and needs remodeling. When I pulled up, the grass was over grown. The bathroom had wall paper peeling off, the hallway ceiling on the 3rd floor had water stains, and the arms on the chairs in the breakfast lounge were stained with dirt. They ran out of yogurt for 3-4 days and the juice machine was out of order for 2 days. I extended my visit until 5pm for check out but the front desk attendant failed to tell me that I needed to bring my keycard to reprogram. I wasn’t able to get into my room after 11am so I had to go back down to the receptionist to let them know the card was not working. The receptionists just need more training on how to properly communicate correct procedures with clients. Since they carry the “Hilton” name, it should signify at least a 4 star. The room is clean,tidy and new carpets. The bed was comfortable and had fluffy pillows. I requested housekeeping after 48 hours and she did a wonderful job. I would probably stay here again since I know now what to expect.

This was our first and last time staying here. Entrance had huge dog feces smeared on the walkway. The room was not better. Room had queen beds, both beds had hairs on the sheets. Beds were hard as a floor board. the shower had a little of mold around the drain. Breakfast, sigh,!the waffle machine was not working properly and the waffle batter had mold in it. Breakfast was not any better. Gym was closed (due to repairs) Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.
