"Both front desk clerks were so incredibly kind. One had recognized the band on my tshirt & started playing it (as the music in the background) & it IMMEDIATELY made my day 1000% better! They were both very outgoing and made sure we felt at home. They even told us about places in the area to eat (without being asked) & the entire layout of the property/room etc. Even though this interaction may seem little, it made all the difference in the world & cheered us up after being in the car for over 9 hours. We also needed to have maintenance come to the room to help with a toilet clog & the maintenance guy was there quickly & solved the issue almost immediately. Thank you for this experience!"
