I love how the hotel is super clean, welcoming and very walm.. enjoyed our stay. Although there is absolutely no free parking. Valet only parking is 65 a day and you are kind of left with no option but to pay. It's a rip off. Otherwise it was a great experience overall

Rooms and hotel was clean but the pool and hot tub was disappointing. The water was cloudy and looked dirty. Only 2 jets in the hot tubs were working.

Sheraton Universal Hotel
Perfect location to Universal. Shuttle took a long time, but we walked over easily! Food was surprisingly delicious. Great after park dinner . Good gym!!
