The room was in good condition, however the roll-in shower would need to have a fade stare of bath mats as the floor would get flooded. And they did not restock our complimentary water bottles for the second day

Front desk staff, Ashly in particular FANTASTIC!! The only reason its not 5 stars is that you cant get a human at the front desk on the phone, either from inside the hotel or outside.
