Freehand Los Angeles
This is a "basic" hotel with large rooms, but without any unneeded frills. A great value for those of us simply want a "sleeping" room. I came to LA to "see the sights" -- not spend time in my room. Solara Inn and Suites
The room was standard, beds were fine. There was no refrigerator in the room which was a downside. Room was clean, but the tub drained so slow. Staff spoke very little so I cannot say anything about check in or check out. Decent location, but still a 20-30+ minute walk from Disney.

Biltmore Los Angeles
Room was clean, spacious, beautiful. Staff were lovely—front desk, housekeeper, restaurant. The building and the people here really stand out. I hope to be back soon.
