A bit run down. But felt like the area was safe, and lits of stuff within walking distance. Very close to Griffith observatory. And pretty cheap. Go somewhere else for breakfast, its minimal. Lots of taco trucks nearby

While the outside of the building was old and dated and the breakfast was just toast, coffee, sugar and powdered milk. I do have to say that the room was clean, comfortable and our particular room was huge.

We had a two bed room. It was very nice, clean and comfortable. The workers were very helpful and kind. The hotel is located near the Hollywood blvd and observatory. In summary it was a very pleasant experience!

The parking lot is a little tight but no one messes with your vehicle they have cameras and they also monitor them all the time. I stayed here before when my children’s father passed and we stayed here again when their uncle passed. This will be my go to because of the location. It’s a great location and easy to get to attractions!

Room smelled kind of bad and the floor was buckling. The bathroom was remodeled and very nice. Had a microwave, coffeemaker, and refrigerator which was nice. The bed was very comfortable too.

Our check in was not pleasant, the staff was not friendly at all even if I want to ask about the hotel , parking,, and why the deposit is too high he just answered me , have a nice day. The free breakfast was the most budgeted we ever had, just sliced bread , butter and coffee. It is not a quiet setting because it’s a main road with emergency vehicles on siren and loud engine pipes , some homeless people by the entrance. The room was clean, newly renovated, the bathroom is user friendly. Linens and bedsheets were clean, Not a smart TV. AC window unit is quiet

The room was a little outdated but very roomy. The staff was very nice and helpful. I liked the fact you have to use your room key to use the elevator and stairs! The breakfast was extremely simple not much to choose from. There is a night club under the hotel so it was loud till about 3am with people yelling and talking and music blasting but overall had a good experience. The parking lot looks sketchy but my car was safe no one messed with it. I’m not sure if I would stay again only due to the nightclub.

Staff was nice but the tv didn’t work or the lights behind the bed and the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. When I called the front desk no one answered the phone. So we weren’t able you use any of those things during our one night stay.
