This is one of the best places to stay at if what to get away from busy streets or shady people. The place is all nice and clean, great bathroom and kitchen, and different manager in each building.

This was the worst travel experience for me. I came to the property when another guest was leaving and asked him to hold the door, thinking there's a check in desk. The guy called the manager and the manager told him I had to get off the property. Then when he came he accused me of sending abusive texts because some woman sent him texts and because I'm a woman he assumed it was me and demanded I call him immediately so he could have my number. Then he demanded to know if I was on text now and I said yes, I had text now did he want me to text him now then? And then he just kept repeating the question and finally I understood he meant some app called "Text Now" and so I said no, and he said okay it's not you then. He never apologized, never backed down and then his phone died and he went to the garage to charge his phone and bad mouthed me, saying I was "making myself comfortable" and really horrible things. Another manager was sympathetic and booked me in but after staying one night I could not feel safe anymore and needed to cancel the rest of my stay with them so I called Expedia and explained. Expedia was very helpful but I wasn't allowed to leave immediately, the property said I had to stay one more night and then they kept emphasizing I had to be out of the property by 12pm, the check out time. It's embarrassing they kept doubling down on their mistakes instead of just owning it and moving on, but trying to dump it on me. There's a chain of these hostels, stay away.

I won't rebook. The building I stayed in look like it was never cleaned. The garbage cans were full, bathrooms unclean, rooms dirty with trash, no room in fridge/freezer to store food. You get a place to try and sleep for the price if you can handle these conditions. The staff checking in was able to give me instructions on which building and room to go to. I didn't ask for much more than that....since I got what I paid for basically. If the building I stayed in (2125) was maintained better with rules for cleaning practices and picking up after one self; it would be a better place to stay for the price.
