10/10 Excellent

"I loved how close it was to Burbank airport and the airport shuttle was a great amenity. The staff was great, the place was big and clean. The restaurant was really good ate breakfast & dinner. I did not get to use the pool but would have if I had more time. Definitely recommend and will be returning soon. "

"The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. I forgot to bring toothpaste and toothbrushes and they were able to provide that for me. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the AC because it was in Spanish so one of the employees came to the room to help out. All the staff answered the many questions that I had. I like that there’s a restaurant attached to the hotel and a Starbucks nearby. I was going to a concert that night, so it was convenient that the Intuit Dome was walking distance from the hotel. Overall, I would recommend."

Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza

8/10 Good

"We stayed 2 nights at the Omni. Staff was very helpful. Even though we didn't use the valet parking service, the staff still offered to help us get our luggage out of our car. Checkin was fast and friendly. The location was a nicer part of DTLA so we felt safe. The room was comfortable, but it was clear that it was an older hotel. I think that for a "luxury hotel" that they would have nicer towels, as some were a bit torn. Wished the shower and sink faucet had more water pressure. The beds were comfortable. The TV was on the older side, not as user friendly as newer TVs. We had a nice view of the plaza from a higher level room. It was nice that the hotel room comes with 2 free bottles of water every day. Extra tip: we found that there are refrigerated water bottles right outside of the hotel gym so if you need water, you know where to go."
