We flew in for the BTS Concert Week at SoFi with our dog. So we needed a pet friendly hotel. This place was great! Our room was clean, the beds and pillows were comfy and there were pleanty of clean towels. The complimentary breakfast and coffee bar were enjoyable! 1 less meal to worry about lol It's close to the 605 freeway and there are plenty of shopping centers and restaurants near by. It was nice seeing other fellow ARMY stay here as well.

Our stay was a quick one just over night for a funeral the next morning but it was great. The staff was so welcoming we arrived around 9pm. We were checked in quickly and able to settle in. Our room was large and it was so comfortable. Would definitely recommend to everyone to stay here!

The hotel was great for where our event was located. It was quiet and quaint. The only negative and not much of a negative is the breakfast was the same everyday it would have been good to have bacon one of those days instead of sausage so many days in a row. Other than that it was good and the staff were super helpful. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

There was a Capri Sun behind the bed, the sink didn't drain (literally at all), the toilet seat slid around and the interior really needs a lot of work. Feels like the cheapest renovations just to make it appear newer but no attention paid to the bones. The coffee was also terrible 😞 If I had anything nice to say... I guess the beds were decently comfortable.

Definitely nothing to write home about with this hotel. No frills. Clean room. Shower curtain and bath mat were both old and tattered. The bathroom was missing a plug for the tub and when I requested one from the front desk late in the evening when I wanted to take a bath I was told I couldn't get one til morning because the supply room was locked and the guy didn't have a key for it. When I expressed my frustration with this the guy hung up on me. I couldn't believe his rudeness. The rest of the staff were pleasant enough. The A/C worked well. Be warned it's a completely DIY hotel--no staff ever offered to help me with my luggage or cat carrier even though I'm an older woman. Overall I was not happy with my stay and I will not ever be staying at this hotel again.
