"Absolutely zero complaints about the staff, security, restaurants. and cleanliness of the property. Only problem with the room was minor as our TV wouldn’t allow us to stream Netflix. Our only real problem was not really the hotel’s fault but the homelessness problem in DTLA is on another level. Hard to enjoy the convenience of walking to the Metro and nearby stores when you feel unsafe due to rampant drug use and mental illness. The city really needs to clean up the streets so an iconic hotel like the Westin Bonaventure can attract more families."

"Many breakfast choices and good food. Location perfect for an early flight. Free hotel shuttle was frequent and most appreciated. Quiet hotel (in spite of its location near the airport). Would definitely stay there again."
