"Clean room. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, easy to walk over the bridge to restaurants. Great experience even though are finishing up renovations. Got an upgrade to a balcony."

"Ice maker machine not working at all. The parking lot is expensive ($20 daily ) and there is no security in the parking. The entire hotel smells like smoke from inside out and no shampoo or bathroom soap available. Not recommended for more than 2 days staying in."

But the washroom and air conditioning needs improvement. Beds are comfy. Elevators and door lock systems are very old and seem unreliable."
