Great stay for a week! It is very clean,quiet and in a decent area. The staff were very nice. The room was clean-and quite large. The mini kitchen was fantastic as we used it daily to make a small breakfast before leaving for the day. Plenty of parking and well lit at night. Its a straight and easy drive to places like Universal studios(30 min) and easy to duck down to Venice,Santa Monica and continue out the PCH to Malibu or for a short drive north you can access Six Flags. *** I would NOT recommend this area if you are solely going to Disneyland and Knotts as the traffic will make it a loooong drive *** otherwise I HIGHLY suggest staying here- we will be back!

Overall a pretty standard, not super exciting stay, which is fine. Only issues I have are: The A/C was subpar at best and thats with the bed practically pushed up against it on its lowest temp and strongest fan. It was loud and the "always on" option didn't actually leave it on. The drain in the kitchen sink smelled awful. The refrigerator actually froze the things we put in it. The layout for the sofa/bed/TV didn't make much sense But we slept really well in the bed, which surprised us, and is seemed decently clean and quiet

It smelled bad just walking down to our room. I had to ask the desk to move us to a different room because it smelled like something died. The staff was helpful they were able to get us a room that didn’t smell, furniture is a bit beat down.

Great location for us, comfortable room. We stayed a few nights - the kitchen was perfect for cooking a couple of meals. At the beginning of our stay there was a booking error and we didn't get the right room; employee Heidi went above and beyond to make sure we got moved to the right room the next night. Kudos to her for great customer service.
