the property location is good. There are no basic amenities inside the room, and the rates are a bit overpriced comparing to other hotels around with the same standard. I did early check out between 5 & 6 am couple of times, whereas, I was delayed cause the front office were missing and the security guy was handling it .

We stayed here for a family event nearby. It’s conveniently located right near the 405 and 101. The hotel is also located on Ventrura so, unlike most parts of LA, you can actually walk around to bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The property itself was beautiful, and all of the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. This Courtyard hotel has more of a full service Marriott feel to it. Parking is appx $30 per day but that seems to be common in the greater LA area. We booked a double queen room that Expedia said maximum occupancy was 5 so we assumed there was a sofa bed in the room. Unfortunately none of the rooms at this hotel have more than 2 queen beds. Thankfully the hotel had an additional room available so the five of us didn’t have to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the rooms cleaned and towels stocked. The staff were all very friendly and professional.

Woke up late so I didn’t get to try breakfast. However, the dining facility is pristine. Parking is spacious and accessible from the elevators. I felt safe going to and from my car anytime of the day. Overall a great stay and will surely come back.
