"This has to be the nicest hotel in the area, great bar, and restaurant downstairs, very clean. Very fun at the topgolf area, and very NFL driven. My only complaint would be if you purchased the complementary breakfast in the lounge package, the woman who sits at the door will tell you there’s no such thing as the free breakfast, when clearly we just came from our room with our kids to get the free breakfast, we asked her three times, and she tried to send us to the restaurant 3x to go pay for breakfast. Finally, we knew there was something wrong with her, so we bypass her and just put her key on the door to the lounge and went in and got our free breakfast. She was just on her cell phone the whole time in La La Land, she is the only person there we have to complain about. Probably on social media instead of doing her job. Everything else was great, but look out for the girl at the lounge door in the mornings that’s just doom scrolling on her phone and not realizing what she’s saying to guests who have paid a lot of money."

"Room was clean, but tiny and dated. No real amenities like a pool to draw you vs other spots. Conveniently located. Food was mid, but not worse than any competitors food. Just better food outside the hotel."

"Great place to stay overnight for an early flight the next day. Easy to get to from LAX. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There is a shuttle service that runs 24hrs a day. For a fee it will pick you up before the regular free hotel shuttle."
