"The location was excellent, close to lots of restaurants and shops. Our room was quite unclean. We found dog or cat food on the carpet in the corner of the room, obviously the carpets were not vacuumed after the last guest. My husband has the worst allergies due to an animal being in the room before us. Very disappointing stay. Ensure you ask for a pet free room if you have allergies to animals. "

"Despite having a confirmed online reservation made weeks in advance, we arrived late at night only to be told no rooms were available. We received no prior communication regarding this overbooking. After I insisted on a solution, we were eventually placed in a single-bed room that was entirely inadequate for four adults. Furthermore, our requests for extra bedding were ignored, leaving us with the most uncomfortable and disappointing stay we have ever experienced"

"The bathroom smells. It seems like the drain needs to be cleaned but yes it smells really bad in the room could of been a lot cleaner thank you "

"We never checked in. Arrived at around 6 PM. Rang the bell for service about 5 or 6 times. No one came. Had to go find somewhere else to stay."

"The room was clean. There was a terrifying cat at the property. While me & my children were trying to go to get food the cat kept running to our door hissing at us. We were told no pets but we saw several cats at the property. The cat outside was being fed by the hotel employees as well as the owner wife which is what an employee told us. Property didn’t have many towels in the room when requesting more towels I was told they didn’t have any more & I needed to ask house keeping. "
