Residence Inn Marriott Palo Alto Los Altos
3.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (303)
"Toilets in room Number 159 needs all new mechanism inside of the tank. The rubber stopper kept allowing water to seep out. Tank kept refilling making noise, which was annoying. also, sometimes the metal arm inside, wood catch, not allowing any water to refill the tank at all. Ida at the front desk was phenomenal in her friendliness and service. Very accommodating throughout our accommodation."
