The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist, Terrt, was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — ideal for a short rest. One suggestion for improvement: the signage from the reception to the rooms (and vice versa) could be clearer, especially given the large size of the hotel.
