We also needed guidance with transportation at the train station and staff provided all the useful tips which prepared us for our first train experience in Italy! I felt intimidated with the train travel planning but staff was very knowledgeable! "

"This hotel has so much potential, but many details are missing. From music to create a pleasant atmosphere in the communal areas, especially restaurant and breakfast space. (So awkward to hear everyone chew their food around you and the kitchen staff comments in the background) To electrical jobs left undone in the room leaving holes in the ceiling right above our heads on the pillows, or dead light switches that forced us to get up from the bed to turn the lights on and off. Good features were: spacious rooms, enormous beds and great walk in shower. Also the Tesla chargers and the location right next to the motorway exit arr very convenient. Wouldn’t come back if not at a super cheap rate."
