The warmest and most amazing host in Italy! We felt very welcome here. The apartment has a living room and a kitchenwith locally made ragu avaiable for cooking your own delicious pasta! This place is really good. Grazie Mille!

I reserved this property because of the stars received on Expedia, but this is not a four-star property. The rooms are stuffy, neighboring dogs bark all night, the water is barely warm in the shower.. I felt we overpaid for what we got. It is also off a busy, noisy road. It was not the getaway I had hoped for.

September 2023 (3 nights) - Most delightful visit

The delightful, warm and personal greeting by General Manager Carla was so appreciated, after an 11-hour flight and about 3-hour drive from Rome airport ! She accompanied us to a lovely 2-level accommodation, with little welcome treats, pristine conditions, and delightful surprise in the morning : the discovery of the Tuscan landscape. Attractive surroundings, delicious breakfast, Carla's warm, friendly presence, and eagerness to help to with finding a specific store, or recommending a local, less touristic restaurant for lunch in nearby Arezzo... A most wonderful introduction to beautiful Tuscany, instilling a strong desire to return !

A nice stay with the most forthcoming staff

We loved our stay at Villa Di Baccano. The staff made the stay extra special, they were very forth coming and responded positively to every need we had. The rooms are nice sized and have a nice view. Parking was on site so very convenient as well. The pool area is such a nice place to spend some of your time at. The only recommendation we had would be to improve the breakfast and lunch offering to more higher quality items.

Una bella villa!

Piacevole il soggiorno in villa. Il nostro appartamento era molto spazioso, con soggiorno e camera da letto soppalcata. La villa è ben tenuta e ha un giardino che la circonda. Il proprietario è persona molto cordiale e disponibile. Buona la colazione con scelta di dolci e salato. Consigliato!

Charme und Stil im Herzen der Toskana

Vor den Toren von Florenz, südlich in der Nähe der Outlets von PRADA und dem bekannten Outlet THE MALL gelegen findet man dieses Juwel. Empfangen wurden wir von Giancarlo, dem Direktor des Anwesens. Die Zimmer mit Küchenbereichen, Kamin und grosszügigem Bad mit begehbarer Dusche übertrafen alle Erwartungen. Es war alles TIP TOP in Schuss, gechmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Der Aussenbereich war in hervorragendem Zustrand. man merkt die Handschrift des Eigentümers. Dieses Reiseziel ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Wonderful little hotel in Tuscany, with beautiful self-catering accommodation. Limited services

In general, this is a lovely hotel, and a good value for money and space you get. However, there is no service during the day with the exception of breakfast, which, could be much better. There is a basic tasteless cheese and ham option, whereas in an area like Tuscany, I would expect better than that. No eggs, but fresh croissants, yoghurt, juices and fruits. I would have loved to be able to order a glass of wine during the day. Nevertheless, this is a self-catering accommodation, so you can have your food and drinks as you wish and when you wish. The area is not that great, and there is only one very good local restaurant. But if you have a car, it is a good starting point to see Tuscany.
