"Five stars. When we arrived the air con wasn’t working. Reported to reception and a technician was there within 10 minutes and we were upgraded. Accommodation was spotless and like new. Less than 15 minutes walk from leaning tower of pisa and all main attractions. Shop on site reasonably priced. Would recommend as great value for money."

"The Hotel is excellently placed with good little pavement restaurants on the car free street directly outside. Hotel is modern, clean and well equipped , great buffet breakfast with helpful and friendly staff. Room top bar and restaurant with views directly of the Tower. It appears to be popular with non residents so book a place in advance rather than just show up. "
