"You basically no contact with staff, only when you go down for breakfast on the first day when she ask the room number, after that she will ignore you the whole time. "This was a great hotel for our 3 night stay in Porto. It was modern hotel which was exceptionally clean. Breakfast had plenty to offer, something for everyone. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good for us, close to the metro and a 20 minute walk to the river. We would be happy to stay here again."
