"This reservation was made on behalf of my son. Airport transfer was requested with full flight details given at the time of booking. Resort states airport transfer available yet no transport arrived. No communication from the resort. The resort have not yet registered their vehicles so impossible to arrange airport transfer. This is mis-leading and a disgrace to your management. c.c. file"

"This cost effective resort was quite with basic room (A/C, bed, bathroom and kitchenette. Any concerns we had were addressed promptly. (e.g. water valve was not open when arrived) Great view from the multiple sitting areas and beach."
