"Staff were helpful. Premises were not clean and rooms had a damp smell all the time. Bathroom sinks and tubs didnt drain. Bathroom fixtures were not secure."

"Hotel was good and clean, friendly and helpful staff. I didn’t care for the pools, lazy river or hot tubs, they were too small and way too crowded. A big negative was that there was no bathroom access in the pool area, you have to go up one floor in the elevator to the lobby to use it, so if you have more than one kid this is a big negative. The “welcome kit” was just another sales pitch by the hotel managing company, so for me overall it’s a 7.5 of 10 for me."

"To start the pool was very nice, and the servers around the hotel are all personable, helpful, and really welcoming. The room we had was terrible, such a pungent Oder of urine in the hallway and worse in room 706. The shower had some red spots on the floor, the sheets were filthy - we switched rooms and then after we requested an ocean view we were given an ocean view room and switched again. I think they just need to get rid of the carpets. They are really unsanitary. So, overall it was ok. The pool was the best part. The food wasn’t great and it was expensive for the quality. We ate out rather than the hotel."

"The pictures in the listings are from their ownership rooms not the rooms you book from a 3rd party. You have to pay $15 a day to park your vehicle. The lady at check in spoke little English and the girl training her wasn’t not friendly she seemed very stressed. The room was simply just ok nothing special nor anything like the listing pictures. I would not rebook or visit this hotel."

"The towels and wash clothes weren’t as clean. They had dirt spots on them. The room smelled clean. We saw two small black bugs on the sheets but the bathroom was clean. The fridge was clean and it was a decent stay. The area we stayed in was t that great but for the price of the stay we were grateful. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was the worst past 6pm."
