"The Tower Hotel is in a wonderful location, with awesome views of the Tower Bridge and the Thames. When we arrived, the automated system could not locate our reservation, so we had to wait in a second line for the receptionist. The room was clean and functional. The view was spectacular! The VU Bar offered beautiful views, excellent service, and a limited wine list. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. We used the speedy checkout box for a quick checkout."

"We enjoyed our room and the view very much. Room service food was really good and we had a spacious room with in door and out door eating areas. The Breakfast was a bit overcrowded but we enjoyed the food and it was reasonably priced. The kids play are was a huge hit with our 11 year old son and he went there everyday as well as the pool. I would definitely stay here again."

"Location excellent- close proximity to Farringdon so can get anywhere pretty easy. Price - really competitive. Staff - superb - Alex was a superstar Drinks in the hotel were really good and if you chose not to have room cleaned you can claim £5 off a round of drinks. The rooms are hi-tech only points to improve are 1, rail to hang towels for shower and basin. 2. Tell guests there are USB sockets in the lights. 3. Ambient light system can be on without sink light on. None of this really distracts from how good the hotel is"
