"I thought the Sky bar was good entertainment good, However what upset me was I asked for my bill to be charged to the room 1 night,And was told I was unable too. But it was ok to do that a couple of nights before. I paid every bill cash in hotel. When I didn’t want to go to my room to my safe to get cash I just said charge it to my room please, And was then told because I hadn’t left a deposit (I Was unsure what they meant)I was unable to charge to my room. In front of people and felt embarrassed.
So I would never return to this hotel because of this reason."
