"The room was comfortable and clean. The convenience of the hotel is a big draw: walk to downtown Brooklyn or get the subway or a cab to Manhattan - all right there. The hotel staff is top notch and delightful. "

During our 7-day stay, the carpet and floor were only cleaned once. Perhaps due to the holidays, toilet paper and tissues weren't replenished promptly; we had to call reception to have them delivered."
