Front desk staff great . Clare . Glen . Lisette . Rooms just ok . Leaked water from ceiling and windows . Wet my shoulder bag . Air con didn’t work . Freezing cold and wouldnt switch off .

There was no window in the room, but it was okay for a 1-day stay for us. Breakfast was good and the ocean view from the lobby was great.

The room was clean. The guest services staff responded promptly. The front desk, guest services, security, and pool staff were very friendly and professional. More than likely, we will choose to stay at The Tides Hotel again. The only complaints we have is the fee for the extra towels. There should be two sets for the first stay.
