"The room was very clean. You can definitely tell that it is dated. The room phone didn't actually have a cord and even though we were there for five nights and they swore every single day that maintenance would come and fix it they never did. They also didn't have any extra pillows at all on property and the pillows that were on the bed were very small and very old/ flat. I really wish they had a chair at the desk so we could actually be used. The location is great. We stay here every year but you can definitely tell that the property is getting older and it's just the little things that are missing from it that would change it from a completely average. Stay to a good or great stay."

"Overall, we had a lovely stay at the hotel. The check-in process was smooth, the room and bathroom were quite spacious, and the staff were amazing and kind. The front desk staff, in particular, were incredibly warm and welcoming, which made our experience at the hotel even more enjoyable. Also, having access to toiletries, towels, and coffee in the lobby after hours was a nice perk. The only real caveat is the parking situation. There are no nearby garages that offer in-and-out privileges or are open 24/7, so street parking is one of the more practical options. The cost is fairly reasonable, averaging about $10 per day if you leave your car parked there all day. However, you do have to remember to add money to the meter every two hours, which can be a little inconvenient. Aside from the parking, the hotel’s restaurant is very good and offers a unique menu of both food and drinks. The hotel itself feels fresh and recently renovated, and its downtown location is very convenient. Overall, this is a great option if you’re looking for a recently renovated hotel in the downtown area with spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Just be prepared to plan ahead when it comes to parking!"

"I recently spent an overnight, the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. The check-in process was fast, efficient, and delivered with genuine warmth by the front desk staff, setting a welcoming tone for the whole visit. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and well-appointed with modern decor and comfortable bedding that made for an exceptionally restful night's sleep. Standard amenities—from the Wi-Fi speed to the in-room coffee setup. The location is ideal for anyone visiting Long Beach. Situated close to downtown attractions, the waterfront, and Pike Outlets, it serves as a perfect, central base whether you are traveling for business or a quick weekend getaway. Parking was straightforward, $35 parking fee not expected and tight spaces. The property felt secure and well-managed throughout. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-situated hotel in Long Beach."

"My husband and I went for the weekend and had an amazing time. The hotel and staff were lovely. The breakfast was great and had lots of options with some other places don’t. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying again especially if you’re there longer than a day or two."
