"The hotel is as stayed. Very small but it was clean and did the trick. Beds were comfortable and the rain shower was amazing. Loved that housekeeping cane every day to clean room and give fresh towels. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and subway. Restaurant in hotel was nice to have. Used it for a breakfast. Disappointed that they could not hold our luggage on day of departure. They said they were full and had no room. Overall good value"

"We have stayed here before and the location is great and the place is fine but it really needs some updates. It felt dirty this time and the blue velvet headboard and chairs in the room need to be refreshed. "

"The housekeeping team took my dirty clothes and all my medicine and toiletries out of my room halfway through my stay. I complained to the front office manager, who assured me a manager would call me the next day. But no one called and my things are still missing. "

"I booked the King suite. Room was nice only down side was the bathroom only had a walk in shower no bath/tub so this caused entire bathroom to flood each time you showered, also water poured out of tiles from side of walls in the bathroom while showering. Another downside, the hotel offered a high roof top bar that advertised open 24/7. I stayed from 7th-10th and bar was not open not one day of my stay and hotel stated they were a separate entity and not sure why they wasnt open. Hotel staff not friendly or helpful when comes to asking for local attractions or help getting around. "
