Nice Hotel. 2 minutes walk to Big Ben! Staff were very friendly. Rooms are very clean and modern. Only gripe was no view as we had an atrium view but we weren’t in the room long enough to worry.

Great location, clean, very hot rooms, no privacy as bathroom had no lock and felt very exposed going to toilet and shower.

Check-in was a bit of a hassle, as there was some kind of issue going on. I waited quite a while. However, the staff was extremely understanding and helpful, and they did their best to get it resolved as soon as possible. Everything is great, very professional staff👌English breakfast is one of my favourite, especially the hush brown, which needs a pinch of salt to make it perfect, but I still love it. Apart from that they served poached eggs, sausages, croissants and amazing fresh melons! 😋
