The breakfast was great. The location was close and accessible to everything. The staff was very nice and friendly. The pool was great and heated and indoor. The sauna and steam rooms were awesome. The gym was nice. I would recommend staying here.

Staff location etc, excellent. The bed? Maybe it’s my American standards but it was uncomfortable, cheap mattress and lopsided. Other guest at the bar had the same opinion. It was tough to get any real rest in after long days out. Location was very good easy in and out. I would stay again, hopefully ...

Easy walking distance from London City Airport, and excellent customer service. I really enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, the comfortable exceptionally well designed room, breakfast buffet, and noon checkout. Highly recommend!

Good comfortable stay. Nice clean room. Staff were helpful and polite when we checked in. Found plenty of parking and DLR 5min walk away. Would stay here again.
