"Location is great if going to Tower of London & Tower Bridge which is why I chose hotel. Hotel is under going renovations, there is no AC currently and it was hot in London late May so that was a DRAG!!!!"

"The room was extremely small. It should only be advertised for single / short stays. The sink was in the middle of the room (not in the bathroom, and there was NO WHERE to put your luggage. It was a terrible experience. The staff was fantastic."
