"Some touch ups/ clean ups required in and outside rhe rooms...water damage to paint in room, outer duvet had some stains. Otherwise the place was clean and room was spacious, front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast menu and food was good"

"We liked the tropical plants and real palm trees. The pool and water slide were great as well. Unfortunately, the room we got had a brick wall in front. This did not reflect the photos I saw when making our room choice. I saw patio stones and plants. I discovered later that those rooms had 2 queen beds and were not the suite we booked. The photos should be accurate to the room booked. Also, the accessibility was not great as there was only one elevator to access the pool. Also, the pool has no ramp or lift for people wheelchair bound. This means not being able to go into the water."
