Booked fairly last minute. Texted the number on the booking confirmation - they replied to say they 'couldn't find my booking. After nearly an hour of texting back and forth, and them still claiming my booking didn't exist (despite sending them screenshots of the booking confirmation) they finally admitted the place had been overbooked. I was given a place in an alternative place on the same street, which was similar to the booked place but had no wifi (broken, I think) and it was very noisy with people banging and slamming about until late. Whilst it worked out in the end, I'd suggest booking with caution!
