"Great staff and rooms"

"Internet was good. The bathroom wasn’t gross, but I also wouldn’t say it was very clean. Bed was hard, but the room was super quiet and comfy. You’ll be charged extra for everything you should get for free. Checking in early isn’t an option without a fee, nor is leaving your bags - without a fee. "

"A lovely hotel, with fantastic views of either the Tower Bridge or the docks. However, staff at the contact centre and hotel were unhelpful and at times rude."

"Great hotel for an overnight stay, especially if you have an early flight out of Heathrow. It's 2 mins walking distanct to the terminal and it is all connected by a bridge which means you will never have to venture outside to get to T5. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are great!"
